How do we work
The purpose of the therapy within Bespoke Centre is to provide you with a confidential environment in which you can express yourself safely. Our therapists, will support you with the issue you want help with. The role of the therapist is to listen, support, and perhaps help you to either change what is possible or live more contentedly with what is not.

What to expect
Appointments
Appointments are 50 minutes in length or 60 minutes for couples therapy. Some therapists offer a 90 minute appointments if required, particularly with the couples therapy process. Appointments are arranged with your therapist, frequency and time being based on your needs and your availability. The Practice can offer both daytime and evening appointments, Monday to Saturday.

We are located on the 2nd floor of No.8 Cabra Road, (Black front door) 70 metres from the Phibsborough Luas Station exit on Cabra Road at Harry Clarke Bridge, and just down from St Peters Church. There is a lift from the basement floor to the first floor, if needed. Otherwise, access is up the stone steps.
Free on-street parking is available in the clearway opposite the building from 10am onwards, and there’s plenty of metered parking on the Cabra Road and the surrounding side streets. Using the Eircode D07 T1W2 with Google Maps will bring you straight to the door. There is a covered carpark in nearby Phibsborough Shopping Centre.
Bus routes to Phibsborough include the 122, 140, 155, 38A, 40 and the 9.
The Luas green-line ‘Phibsborough stop’ will bring you to within 70 metres of Bespoke Counselling Centre. The Luas red-line connects with the Luas green-line in the city centre.
